When evaluating if a food or meal will cause issues with Disaccharidase Deficiency it is helpful to know the estimated sucrose, maltose and starch levels of the food/meal.
Beware that total sugars consumed build up over time and this resource only offers an estimation of amounts in 100g(3.5274 Ounces) of each food. Growing conditions, storage, processing, cooking, transport and level of consumption can all contribute to variations to the numbers suggested here.
