Telegraph Cucumber
You can use any kind of cucumber
1/2
tsp
Iodised Salt
You can just add salt to taste

Lime Juice
Fresh is the best taste, but check bottles to make sure there's no additives

Sesame Oil
Toasted is the *best* flavour

Toasted sesame seeds
optional
Finely chopped fresh/frozen chilli - to taste
optional (I never add this)
Instructions
Chop the cucumber in to smaller pieces, and add to a bowl. Coins, long thin slices, or cubes are all great options
Add the lime juice, then salt, then sesame oil and mix together. Alternatively mix the dressing in a separate bowl then pour on top.
Add any of the optional toppings and enjoy
